Small steps count.
Low mood can affect energy, motivation, relationships, and the way you see yourself. Therapy can help you feel less alone with it and begin to understand what may support change.
Our work is collaborative and attentive to your circumstances, without pressure to have it all figured out.
We can talk about
- Loss of interest or motivation
- Isolation and disconnection
- Self-criticism and hopelessness
- Finding sustainable routines and support

Support without pressure
Depression can make even familiar routines feel distant. In therapy, we can look at what you have been carrying, how low mood affects your days, and which supports are available to you now.
There is no expectation to arrive motivated or optimistic. We may work on understanding patterns, restoring connection, and finding small steps that feel possible in your circumstances.
What if I do not know what to talk about?
You can start with how the week has felt. Your clinician can help guide the conversation.
A conversation can change the direction of a day.
Tell us what you’re looking for. We’ll help you find the next step.
